This was an impulse buy for me. I’ve worked with a couple of the software tools – BaseCamp and Backpack – developed by the author’s company, 37signals, and have great respect for what they have accomplished. Reading the book’s description, I was intrigued by its teasing of “counter-intuitive ideas” towards successful business.
