I bought this book on the title alone. The topic of the relationship between IT and Business is one of those hot-button topics for me. I have worked at some really dysfunctional places over the years and this is always the root-cause of the dysfunction. Ms. Cramm previously held positions as both a CIO and CFO, so she has a lot of street cred (at least with me) when it comes to telling both groups how they should be working together.
